Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of shipment, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Besides, we only accept these return reasons, which the products have poor quality or are in faulty, and you receive the incorrect items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. After you receive the approved email, please re-pack the returned items in its original box and packaging, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email and attach your RMA number.

4. Please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers if applicable. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email for shipment updates.
5. You will receive an email as soon as we received your items, and when the refund is approved.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 3-5 business days.
If you cancel your paid order, we initiate your refund within 3-5 business days after you submit your cancelation request.
