  • What is Modelones nails rewards?+

    Modelones nails rewards is a brand loyalty program, we created modelones nails rewards to reward you for shopping with us. When you join, you'll be eligible to earn points and receive perks. earn points each time you shop on modelones.com, follow us on social media, write product reviews, etc, and redeem them for exclusive membership rewards.

  • How do I join in? +

    Becoming a rewards member is simple. All you need to do is click the join now button at the top of the page to get started, and then follow the prompts. Alternatively when you create an account at checkout, you’re automatically entered into the program. Please note: wholesale partners are not permitted to participate in the retail rewards program in performing activities directly related to the operations of the wholesale account registered with modelones.

  • Does it cost anything to join in? +

    Membership is 100% free, and there is no additional cost for earning or redeeming rewards, you may earn points by purchasing products on our site or through the other actions listed.

  • Can I join if I’m a customer shopping outside of the united states? +

    At this time, modelones nails rewards are available to customers worldwide, but there are some shipping zones that that may be not covered (Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Martinique, New Caledonia, New Zealand (1 of 17 regions), Palestinian Territories, South Africa(1 of 9 provinces), Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, United States(1 of 62 states)), please keep in touch for future expansion.

  • I already have a modelones account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards? +

    We took care of it. All current modelones customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. Please note that only one account may be used for our rewards program and we cannot combine points from one account to the other.

Rewards Points

  • How do I earn points? +

    The number of points that you earn per dollar spent will depend on your current rewards tier (details on how to determine which tier you are in can be found under the tier status section on this page). When you are signed into your account, click on the button that says ‘rewards history’.  This button will prompt a pop-up window listing out all of the actions that you have taken to earn points and the points received for completing them.

  • Do Rewards Points ever expire? +

    The points are valid within 1 year from the date of collection and will be cleared after 365 days.

  • Can I earn points without joining? +

    Sorry you must create an account to join but joining is free and easy.

  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? +

    No! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! There is no limit to how many points you can earn, just make sure you’re logged in to your account at checkout. You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through periodic promotional incentives.

  • I forgot to sign in before placing my last order. Can I still earn points for my purchase? +

    We are unable to manually add points to accounts for previous purchases, so please be sure to always sign in to your account before placing an order so that you can earn your Rewards points on every purchase you make.

  • I left a review, why didn’t I earn points? +

    Thanks for leaving a review! only verified reviews are eligible to earn points. this means that you must leave your review using the verified link that was sent to you via email after purchasing the item(s) through modelones.com to receive points

  • When do new points post to my account? +

    As soon as you complete a points-eligible action, the points will automatically appear in your account.

  • When do points begin accumulating in my account? +

    Right now! Our rewards program is set up so that any purchases you make from today onward will count towards points in your rewards account. However, you don’t even need to make a purchase in order to begin accumulating points. Check out our Rewards page to find out all of the ways that you can earn points by engaging with our brand and community.

  • Are there any items that I cannot earn points for when purchasing? +

    Gift cards are not included in the rewards program and therefore no points will be earned on the purchase of them. All other items on our website are eligible to earn points when paid for with a traditional method of payment including a credit or debit card, or one of the third party payment systems listed at checkout.  Purchases made using the redemption of gift cards or merchandise credit will not earn points.

  • I should have earned points for a purchase, promotion, incentive etc. but I didn’t see my Rewards account balance change. Is there a way to confirm that I did receive credit? +

    Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be in your account. The first thing to note is that points do not reflect until an order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, you should see your points! However there is always a possibility of a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account once fulfilled. But if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:
    1.Try to refresh your browser.
    2.Try to log out and then back into your account.
    3.Check your ‘rewards history’ in your rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. Your ‘rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

    If you still feel like your points balance is not accurate you can contact our Customer Support team and they will look into the issue for you.

Redeeming Point

  • How do I redeem my rewards points? +

    To redeem points for a discount on your order, you can redeem at checkout or on the my account page.

    You must have a minimum balance of 100 points each time you would like to make a redemption and points must be redeemed in increments of 100 ($5).

    However, points can only be used to deduct from the order amount if the pre-tax total is at least $50, such as if your cart totals $45 before tax, you won't be able to use your points redeemed.

  • How do I check my points balance? +

    Once logged in, you can check your points balance on both the rewards page and my account page.

  • Can I combine points with an additional discount code? +

    Unfortunately points redeemed for discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.

  • Is there anything my points cannot be used on? +

    While almost everything on our site is fair game, we do have a couple of point redemption restrictions. Points cannot be applied to the cost of tax, shipping or purchasing gift cards. Unless otherwise stated on the product page. Your cart will automatically exclude these items from the total redeemable points when you are checking out.

Tier Status

  • What is the difference between the tiers? +

    Your membership level is determined by your historical accumulated spending, which includes all your purchases since you created your account. You will start as a silver status and move from there as you accumulate more spending amounts.
    Each tier comes with its own benefits which are described above.

  • How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of? +

    When you are signed into your Rewards account, your home page will list all of the Rewards tiers. Your current tier, and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

  • How will I know when I have reached a new tier? +

    When your total spend has crossed a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier. You will also receive entry points.

  • Does my Rewards Tier Status ever expire? +

    Once you are in Sliver, Gold, Platinum or the Diamond tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you unlocked it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!  
    In the following year, if you do not have any active behavior of earning points in the previous year, your rank may decrease.
    Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.

Referrals

  • I received an error message when trying to refer friends through the email referral box on my Rewards account page.  What went wrong? +

    We are sorry to hear that. There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.  The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them. The second scenario is that one of the friend emails that you entered is tied to someone that is already a customer of ours and therefore cannot receive the referral link. To eliminate confusion over which of these two scenarios has occurred we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once. If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, or Messenger to receive credit.  Please contact our Customer Support team if you need further assistance

  • I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any points in my account for doing so. Is there something else I need to do? +

    Thank you so much for sharing your love of Modelones with your friends! We really appreciate it. Referred friends must be a first-time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral Rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through our Rewards referral box on your personal Rewards page or through the use of your unique referral link also found there. Points will be added to your account for referring a friend as soon as the referred friend completes their first purchase on our website. When this happens you will receive an email letting you know that one of your referrals made a purchase using your code and that points have been added to your account. You may also check your ‘Rewards History’ to see a list of any points that you have received for friend referrals.

Miscellaneous

  • Will I receive rewards points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account? +

    If you had an account with us before our rewards program launched, your previous purchases will not earn reward points. Only purchases made after the official launch of the membership program will be eligible for points, calculated based on your current reward tier. For example, if you are at the Gold level, your points will be calculated as order amount * 1.2 points after the program launch. If you do not have a Modelones account, you will only earn points for purchases made after creating a rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing your order so you can earn points!

  • Can I return products or points after redeeming points +

    Once points are redeemed, products and points cannot be returned

  • How do I cancel my membership? +

    Before you go, we want to make sure you know that having an account with us has many benefits outside of earning Rewards.  By keeping your modelones account active, not only will you earn Rewards for every purchase but it will also allow you to view your order history, receive up to date order statuses, create and share wish lists, and store addresses for quicker checkouts. We would hate to see you go! You can do so by contacting our Customer Support Team.

  • Can the redeemed products be shipped for free? +

    When redeeming products: shipping is not included. You can either pay $5 for shipping separately or add other items to your order to have them shipped together.
