"Unfortunately, one of the polish's in this collection is defective. The brush for shade 2649 is frayed and bent. I cant use it as is. I emailed customer service about it with photos for reference on 13th February, but no response. I purchased the "worry-free purchase protection" with my order, but still no help. Disappointed. So far, I am happy with everything else in my order - just let down by that 1 defective item, but mostly by the lack of response from Modelones."
